I have been working in the IT industry for over 20 years mainly in enterprise software.

In 2005, I purchased a franchise working with small-to-medium business owners. I find the SME space far more rewarding as you have a direct impact on the businesses especially the owners, their teams and families. So, in July 2007, I joined The Business Coaching Centre (the Premier ActionCOACH firm) to really have a powerful impact on the lives of SME business owners - many of whom need and deserve quality support to maximize the return on their investment.

The Business Coaching Centre is the leading Australian and Global ActionCOACH firm. In Feb'09 we were awarded the Firm of the Year in Australasia in recognition of the client results achieved.

My role is the development of strategic relationships and the recruitment of new clients for our 11 coaches, allowing the coaches to remain totally focussed on working with clients hence the great results.

What I love about this role is the HUGE difference we make to business owners lives. Their lives and businesses are often challenging (at best) when we first meet and within a short period they are guided into turning their lives around and having the lifestyle they always want for themselves. The flow on effect to their families, staff and even clients is tremendous and often the most gratifying outcome for all concenred.
