Currently involved with Career Management Partners/Lincolnshire International (CMP), an outplacement firm. Both the recruiting and outplacement services are customized to meet the needs of the clients.
Recruit semiconductor engineers. Provide contingency and project recruiting for large and small companies.
Recruited top talent for Dallas Semiconductor (Maxim), Texas Instruments, Lyrick (HIT Entertainment), Inet (Techtronics), Alcatel-Lucent, and Lennox International. Recruited hardware, software, systems, test, process and marketing positions for semiconductor industry. Recruited hardware, software, systems, marketing, financial, sales for telecom industry. Recruited various IT functions throughout my career, plus support positions, including customer service. Also held responsibility for outsourcing non-exempt and exempt positions periodically.
Prior to 1991, Career Consultations was a training and outplacement firm.

Recruited ASIC design, circuit design, place and route, hardware, software, verification, product/test engineers, strategic marketing, product marketing and other support positions. Products included chips for cell phones, switches, DSL, WLAN, Voice over Packets, codecs, and cameras, requiring digital, mixed signal and RF technology. (2/00-9/02)
Recruited Process, Product, Device/Equipment Engineers, and others for FABs. Served as acting HR Rep for Alpha-TI joint venture starting 3/96, recruiting for new FAB in Thailand. Required expertise in international recruiting, benefit administration, compensation, relocation, employee relations, policy and procedure development. (7/95-9/96)
