I personally have over 24 years experience in the technology search and recruitment field. My business partner and staff all have focuses in these areas as well.
We have an association with the Top Echelon network of recruiters that allows us to tap into recruiting expertise in a multitude of additional areas (accounting, engineering, manufacturing, health care). The expansion of scope this relationship allows gives us the ability to act as a one stop recruiting resource for our clients.
Our primary focus has historically been on direct hire positions, but we have recently bulked up our contract staffing capabilities and have a complete back office solution allowing us to put contract staffing professionals on W-2 with our firm as the employer of record.
My goal is simple: To touch as many lives as possible in a positive fashion. Whether I am helping a client fill a critical need position or helping a candidate improve their career path, I am meeting my goals daily!
