Julio Herrero’s Summary

Born in Madrid, Spain, I have been living and working in the green Ireland, the cold Norway, the freezing Finnish Lapland, and have traveled throughout the whole Europe, from Iceland to Greece and everything in between. Married to a Chinese wife, we moved to Shanghai to take an MBA, and soon afterwards I started engaging in entrepreneurial ventures, together with collaborating with different companies in their operations in China at a senior level.

Marketing specialist, creative and out-of-the-box thinker, most of my professional experience has taken place in the entertainment industry, but now it is taking a turn to renewables. I have also worked for the public and consulting sectors, and in my leisure time enjoy learning Chinese, watching movies, reading, drawing and designing, playing guitar, practicing sports (tennis, ski, basketball, darts -is this a sport?), and traveling to remote places. However, since the birth of our twins, they take up most of my free time - and I love it.
