After 15 years of live marketing at corporate events, trade shows and street fairs, Juliet took some time off to enjoy a new husband and baby. Following 2 restful years, she slowly inched back into the workforce as a home stager, part-time to begin with and then, as home staging grew in popularity, so did that size of her business to the point where it more than fills a full-time endeavor. 6 years later, Juliet is an effective real estate stager, or property presentation specialist and has recently augmented that service with an understanding of social media. Wtih Web 2.0 tools and platforms, she has found ways to extend property marketing online into places where younger buyers are more likely to find eactly what they're lookin to buy.

The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) is a member governed trade association and was formed in order to support all professional real estate stagers in North America regardless of their training, certifications, designations, backgrounds or training. RESA is a portal to the staging industry and is a source of education and business tools focusing on the needs of stagers. Members have access to up to date information relative to the staging industry, marketing support services and access to continuing education providers.
New Jersey members meet once a month, alternating North and South locations, as a State-wide group. Shortly there will be a South Jersey and a North Jersey Chapter. Meetings are lively exchanges of marketing strategy, inspiration and brainstorming creative solutions for the day-to-day challenges of running a home-based business, largely alone.
