Custom House Plans.Like the name, custom house plans are customizable. They are custom drawn to meet your specific needs. The plans are typically drawn by a licensed building designer or a licensed architect in a geographic location close to where the owners live or close to where the home will be built. Normally, the process is complicated and time-consuming because the owner's specific requests need to be integrated into the overall design of the home. Often times, special request to the house plan present significant challenges to the designer of the home.

All American Homes can often deliver a home just four weeks after receiving an order.two to three weeks later you can be moving in to your new home. The construction process is so much faster than on site construction because your site work is being completed while your home is simultaneously built in one of our construction facilities. This efficiency is simply not possible with a site built home. Naturally, larger and more complicated homes require more time. However, an All American home can always be built faster than a site-built home.Since we only sell homes to our independent All American Homes builders, you would need to address this question with them. Typically, you would not be able to source components elsewhere and have them installed in our factories.
