Holly Han has worked in consumer products, fashion and technology in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles for the past sixteen years. She began her career at Vera Wang and later developed product for companies such as Bloomingdale’s, Victoria’s Secret, J.C. Penney, and Anthropologie. Ms. Han authored the Vault Career Guide to the Fashion Industry. As a consultant, she helped 7thOnline.com, rated Forbes Best B2B Sites, define their initial business model and pricing. During her MBA program at UCLA Anderson, Ms. Han received fellowships from the Young President’s Organization and Asian Business League and was a finalist in the Caltech and UCLA Business Plan Competitions. As COO of SmartWear, a company that is developing a new class of patented smart textiles and funded by grants from the NIH, NSF, Army, Navy, and Missile Defense Agency, Holly drove business development.
Holly Han co-founded Dahlia; their jewelry designs were featured in Modern Bride, National Jeweler, and Elegant Bride. As managing principal at 64North, Ms. Han worked with MIT, UCLA and Notre Dame on branding, websites and other media design. She is a co-founder of myShape, an innovative online retailer backed by venture capital firms Tenaya and Draper Fisher Jurveston that matches clothing to consumers based on their profile. myShape has been featured in the NY Times, Real Simple, The Early Show, and Newsweek. She holds degrees from UC Berkeley and the Fashion Institute of Technology with additional studies at Caltech. Ms. Han taught at the MBA Program at Marylhurst University and is a Director of Special Projects at The Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
