I am working as a Test Manager for SpareBank 1 Livsforsikring.
At the moment I am working on two projects, of which one is a delivery to one of the core systems, and the other is a project which goal is to change the entire platform the company is using.
I am also taking part in the planning phase of an upcoming delivery to one of the core systems; here I am part of improving the process and making the requirements better and testable.
The last project I worked on was an international project with 150+ participants from several countries; we had people working in Oslo, London, Glascow and Bangalore.
I was a software tester in the project for four years, working with testing in all phases of the V-model... For the most part I worked as a technical tester, but part of my job in the later phases was to communicate and assist the functional testers.
Within the spand of the project, I worked as a test lead for several system- and acceptance tests of sub-deliveries to the project.
I was also part of creating a framework for automated testing in the project.
