I am enamored of technology and whenever possible I enjoy helping people to learn new ways to use the powerful tools at their fingertips.
I am experienced in all manner of PC technical support and at all levels. I work well at your desk or in your server room. I continue to do work at the desktop and over the phone, and I use remote desktop and remote management tools on multiple platforms.
My current plans include multiple certifications toward Tier II and Tier III work. I would like to learn to integrate Apple hardware in areas where it is appropriate within enterprises dominated by Microsoft products.
I communicate in plain English. My intent is to help you resolve or work-around your technical issues until an appropriate solution can be found. When you need it, I like to help you understand steps you can take to prevent or fix similar technical issues in the future.
