I have been invoved in marketing, direct marketing, sales and business development for over 20 years. The majority of my experience has been spent building profitable divisions of large companies - including Broderbund, The Learning Company and Mattel - and being involved in smaller companies and start-ups including VP Sales & Marketing at Yaga - a P2P file sharing service; COO at wine.com; and co-founder & board advisor to VerticalResponse, a leading self-service direct marketing technology company, and an Inc. 500 Fastest-growing company.

In 2003 I founded Crush Direct, a full-service direct & brand marketing agency serving dozens of clients including Robert Mondavi Winery, Constellation Brands, Kendall-Jackson Wines, Niman Ranch, Wealth Design LLC and more.

In mid 2006 I started Andiamo Systems, a self-service, on-demand word of mouth and social media measurement company. Our mission is to help companies of all sizes better understand take action on consumer attitudes and opinions of their brands and their competitors brands.
