During his work experience with Oracle Financial Services (Previously i-flex solutions ltd.) on their product Flexcube, he worked extensively on developing cutting edge technology solutions for Irish and German clients of company.
With R-systems India, as a Business Analyst, he was involved in client servicing - a role which involved acting as an interface between Business team of client and technology team of R Systems. His one of the major assignment was to help Barclays setup its Retail lending arm, Barclays Finance, in India by ensuring that all technology delieverables met their timelines, and providing product training to all the functional business heads of Barclays Finance India for smooth rollout of company operations.
Himanshu is known for his clear and sharp thinking. Durint his MBA course, his clear strategic focus and understanding of new media tools helped his team reach the top 0.5% worldwide and in top 50 teams in Asia Pacific region in Google Online Marketing Challenge - a worldwide competition across graduate schools in which students were supposed to promote businesses using a limited budget provided by Google.

Also, R Systems, being a small company, helped me in understanding the challenges and shifting nature of day-to-day pressures of a small organization.
