NAMSA (NATO Maintenance and Supplies Agency) is a logistics arm of NATO based in Luxembourg. This agency was responsible for all logistical support to the NATO peace-keeping mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina starting in 1995.
Working for the MND - North (Multi-National Division - North) contracting team of ten military and civilian contracting officers from all NATO member countries, as a member of the team participating in the reconstruction and NATO military deployment efforts in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Hungary. The team administered contracts in excess of US$20 million.
My key responsibilities included: Source contactors and supplies for infrastructure repairs and construction of military camps; Provide translation and interpreting services to a multinational, mixed civilian/military team of professional contracting officers.

UNPF was a peace-keeping UN mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina from 1993 to 1995 involving over 50,000 UN military and civilian personnel.
Working with both military and civilian UN personnel in the Regional UN Headquarters in Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina. In the role of Language Assistant my key responsibilities included: Language assistance to UN military troops at high level meetings involving the UN and Bosnian civilian and military officials; Assist in accommodating and helping refugees; Office assistance to Sector Administration Officer; Assistance in third party claim management.
For IT support my key responsibilities included: Provide first-line hardware maintenance; PC installation and configuration; Software installation and trouble-shooting; Manage general stores, IT and other valuable equipment for UN headquarters.
