A seasoned leader, teacher, coach, consultant, and workshop leader extraordinaire with a wide range of leadership experiences in the IT, Human Resources, and non-profit organizations. Key leadership positions in such companies as Cisco Systems and the pensions department of the British Government have given me the opportunity to create and enable significant change in individuals as well as organizations. Certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and currently in the process of certification as a Co-Active Coach.

* Oversaw project portfolio of more than £60 million.
* Director responsible for an estate-wide upgrade of PC desktops from Windows 2000 to Windows XP in which more than 160,000 machines were upgraded in nine months. More than 95% of the machines were upgraded with no human intervention and with absolute minimal disruption to day-to-day business.
