I have worked closely with my current company to provide on-site sales training to over 600 agents. I have spoken to Realtor groups in state and out of state over the past 15 years. As a licensed broker since 1980 I have enjoyed using a variety of marketing ideas and strategies to successfully sell homes and developements. In 1988 I pre-sold two phases of a condominium project in Pewaukee prior to the construction of the models. I also organized the first Real Estate Condominium Offer to Purchase with the help of legal counsel in our area. My marketing efforts for that project and individual residential customers has allowed me to become one of the most successful real estate agents in the Greater Lake Country area. 98.5% of the listings that I accept succeed in selling.
I also consulted with a number of developers in the Greater Milwaukee area and Chicago areas regarding pre-selling strategies, promotions and sales centers design. The emphasis on those pre-sale strategies was designed to lessen the financial impact of the developer while providing a continuous stream of pre-sale buyers.
