Herman Najoli’s Summary

My personal mantra is "empower people to lead a better life." My vision is to see "a world in which people are fully empowered and are utilizing all their resources to empower others for a better life." That's why my mission is to "empower people with knowledge, skills, wisdom and resources that will enlighten, encourage, equip, embolden and enable them to embody the better life." When all is said and done, I'm an inspirational speaker/teacher. I inspire people to pursue their full potential in life. I have worked in the non-profit world. Now I lead a perambulatory existence as an adjunct instructor at a local University, developer of training programs for businesses and organizations, speaker at high school, college, non-profit and business functions, character coach for local schools, blogger, volunteer, author, and entrepreneur.

I am the author of three books: The Road to Arrival, Quest for Light, and Battling for Your Prophetic Destiny. There's a fourth book in the works which should be coming closer to the fall of 2007.
