Typically most of the properties that I work with are located in the inner metro area of Portland Oregon. Having been in Real estate for over 18 years I have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhoods. Many of my long term clients are people who I sold thier first home to. I also work with a group of Investors who buy fixer properties for renovation and resale. I personally have renovated several homes and have a lot of expertise to offer my Investors. I also work with a few Builders who do only top quality construction. As a Consequence of having properties that are freshly Rehabbed or newly finished construction, I am able to offer a fabulous product to the Buyers. In fact very often I see the same people over the years coming through the projects that my clients have just finished. AS soon as they step in the door thier is that recognition of each other and an instant admiration of the work my Clients have done. Often times the Buyer's will come as referals from these folks.

I work in the greater Portland Metropolitan area offering my 20 years of expertise to Buyer's and Seller's alike. I keep track of my Buyer's and Seller's through my Web sites. www.portlandrealproperty.com is for Sellers and Information where as www.househuntportland.com is for Buyers and www.portlandflips.com is for the Investor. The Buyer and Investor web sites allow purchasers to define thier search criteria with many of the same search criteria that Realtors use. They can also request to recieve an update of these properties as often as every 20 minutes refreshed 24 hrs a day by the local MLS. Property information will be emailed to the client on an intuitive street map with a photo, description, and an address allowing the Buyer to do a quick drive by if they choose before calling for an appointment.
