Henry Knoblock is a corporate finance and technology attorney whose practice includes securities (private placements, public offerings and compliance), technology licensing, strategic alliances, electronic commerce, equity-based compensation and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Knoblock represents emerging-growth companies, principally in the software, telecommunications and electronic commerce fields, as well as venture capital funds in the investment process. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Knoblock received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Yale University and his law degree from Boston College Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (1986). He is married to the lovely and talented Ann Zarchen Knoblock and is the father of Christopher, Caroline and Sophia.
