I have built a number of sites as well as some Facebook applications so I have extensive experience in the web development field. I follow Web2.0 religiously and have thus learned all the best practices when it comes to this new era of web developement.
My goal is to sharpen my skills to the point where I may launch my own web entity.

My primarily role at Christian Science Monitor was to oversee the front-end implementation and customization of Wordpress throughout the newspaper's online publication. In addition, I redesigned and implemented various changes to the non-Wordpress parts of the site as well. In addition, I developed custom plugins and themes to fit the growing needs of the newspaper. Moreover, I also proposed a social marketing strategy that including creating custom Facebook applications as well as Twitter integration for the company's social media marketing goals.

Began as an intern and moved up to become a designer/developer as well webmaster then then project manager. I was in charge of launching and maintaining several domain properties including Computer.com and Software.com. I oversaw those two websites as webmaster until they were each sold. I was appointed project manager of LoveTactics.com by the CEO and was responsible for overseeing the site as it was redesigned and relaunched. As project manager I was in charge of two overseas developers as well as a designer here in the states.

I, along with another fellow classmate from high school, built from scratch a piece of software in Delphi that would take data from an MS Access database and use a third-party data-visualization software to output results and allow sophisticated querying and in-depth analysis. This software was to be used by statistics students in the school.
