As President of a mid-sized commercial roofing company, I am responsible for all aspects of business operations with focus on the marketing and business development as well leadership of the entire team.
I am interested in strengthening my leadership, sales and organizational skills. Our company has a simple goal of becoming the roofing leader for the Greater Charlotte Metropolitan Area and throughout the Carolinas.

R3 Roofing Services was founded as a joint venture over three years ago with R3 construction, LLC and Chris Kollman, the former owner. In colaberation with the General Manager, Sy Roberts, who has over 30 years experience in the industry and an excellent reputation for getting results, we have developed a proven business model that is ready to grow! In July, 2009 I was able to join with a private investor to acquire R3 Construction, LLC and merge the two companies. We are very excited about this transaction and will look forward to realizing R3's full potential.

All division heads and management team members reported to me.
I left Lumbee in July 2009 to fully pursue the opportunities available to R3 Roofing Serviices. I will remain an Executive Consultant for Lumbee for three to six months and as needed in the future.

After successfully merging with one of the nation's largest Flooring Contractors (Solar Contract Carpet) in October of 2007 I remained as an advisor and consultant for the company through June, 2008.
R3 Services, Inc was a highly diversified service provider for commercial and multi-family (relay, rehab & new-construction) management companies. With divisions in Restoration, Remediation, Roofing, Flooring and Carpet Cleaning I relied on my experience, business acumen, strong work ethic and creative yet collaborative management style to tackle a hefty set of complex issues establishing R3 as a key player in the Charlotte Multi-Family market place.
