I joined the company at the Cologne office in as sales associate. My main duty was lead generation for application and database management software. Another responsibility was to coach younger colleagues.
After my transfer to the Swedish office I became sales representative. The responsibilities went beside the sales tasks so far as to organize sales events in cooperation with colleagues from the US and to take part in trade shows. My customers were among mid size and larger companies as well as the public sector.
Within the Swedish office did I specifically take care about products for application development and test. Apart from that have I been asked by the product management for another monitoring solution in the US to establish a Nordic partner network.

I supported UNHCR field officers in their daily procedural and monitoring duties in three refugee camps while living in the local refugee settlement. Received training and attended seminars in all areas of UNHCR’s work.
Before that I had been inter with the German UNHCR office for a couple of month, working predominalty on issues with Bosnian refugees.
