I'm The Deputy at Automattic, which means I engineer happiness (do customer support) and make sure our community of users is engaged and in the loop. Previously, I was a grad student at the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU and a web editor at Miles Media, where I worked closely with design and development teams on the large scale site redesign of www.VISITFLORIDA.com. I'm interested in social networks, web apps, new media art, tech events and electronic music.
