I have done everything in the NYC indie theater scene from Euripides to cutting edge abstract work. I've played leading ladies and supporting character roles. I've done wonderfully weird little 1-minute plays in festivals like Suzan-Lori Parks' 365 Plays/365 Days at the Public and carried full-length marathons like playing "Susie" in Wait Until Dark. I've worked at La MaMa E.T.C., HERE, FringeNYC (two hits!), The Brick, the Ontological-Hysteric, The Kraine, Theater for the New City and many others. My work has been positively reviewed by TimeOut NY, the New York Times and nytheatre.com. I occasionally produce theater and write a lot. I proudly review theater for nytheatre.com. I am currently trying to get work in voice overs. See my website for my full resume, reels etc..
Rocking classical text, decoding difficult metaphor-laden lines, courageously attacking physical and vocal character work from a variety of different methods, finding the heart and contradictions of characters, getting cast in the most difficult role(s) to crack in a given play, showing up prepared with smart choices, learning lines quickly, "keeping up" with fast-paced processes and directors, being a useful person to have in the room, working my ass off.
