In 2000, after 15+ years as a leading recruiting professional in Canada and the UK, Paul Dodd co-founded Head2Head, initially focusing on 'recruiting recruiters' and thereby helping organizations source, screen and secure top talent while reducing their recruiting costs and increasing efficiency.
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Head2Head now has 30 staff members, 120+ contractors on-site with clients, and offices in Vancouver and Calgary. A recognized leader in providing insourced and outsourced recruiting solutions to small, medium and large organizations across Canada, Head2Head was the first - and continues to be the only - recruiting company in Canada specializing in providing contract recruiters as an insourced solution to recruiting challenges. Over the past eight years, in response to client demand, this model has evolved into a wider range of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solutions.
Head2Head provides extensive consulting, training and VMS (Vendor Managed Services). We are also very proud to launch the largest Canadian online recruitment portal, Recruiter2Recruiter.
In today's talent war, almost 50% of N.American employers report increased difficulty in filling positions at all levels. RPO and Project recruiting are being recognized as imperative to address this talent shortage over the next 2-10 years.
Head2Head has 4 key areas of focus: Recruitment, HR, Supply Chain and IT. Core competencies continue to be the provision of flexible, scalable project resources giving clients both capacity & capability "on-demand" in these four business areas.
