I have been in real estate over 5 years. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers. My goal is to keep increasing my knowledge so that I can provide the best expertise to help my custeromers make smart decisions.

I am also an independent agent of United First Financial. I provide consulting for personal and business debt reduction, including paying off mortgages in 10 - 12 years. This is a service that I am passionate about. With our current economy, many people would be much better off if their house and/or debt was paid down or off.

I have recently started an internet marketing business. I am very excited about it. It will take some time to be successful, but I looking forward to my new business.

I am fortunate to be involved with the Women's Council of REALTORS. I was the 2008 President of the Nature Coast Local Chapter. I am also serving on several committees in the Florida Women's Council of REALTORS.

I am also very involved with the local REALTORS association. I am on the ethics committee and my husband, Roger Carlson, and II established the West Central Florida International Council with the goal of encouraging international business in the county. We both have out Certified International Property Specialist designations. Most international customers look for agents who have this important designation.

I also am on two committees for the Florida Association of REALTORS. Both of these committees focus on international business.

I attend Local, State and National Realtor Meetings & Conventions and am continually obtaining education that will put me in the forefront of my business. As a result of this I know REALTORS across Florida and the United States, which has brought me numerous referrals. I have also sent out numerous referrals or various parts of the country. I worked in several capacities during my 21 years with AT&T. I was a software designer & programmer for much of that time. I worked at Bell Laboratories in Columbus, OH from 1977 to 1986. In 1986 I transferred to AT&T in Kansas City, MO. I was the "guru" for the large project which was developed in the Unix operating system. After we completed the project, I became a tech support person for end users on software and computers. I did that for a few years. During that period I also began doing system administration on mini computers and more programming. After a couple of years, I became a project manager for software development projects. That is what I was doing when I retired in 1998.
