Responsible for the pro-active sales of Corporate Events at Pinewood Studios I had the challenge of identifing and creating leads, building a new database of organisations and contacts in the surrounding areas. Closing sales of £18 – 30k whilst maintaining relationships with key clients such as Hyundai, Centrica and General Mills I also worked closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and MD to introduce new products, implement suitable pricing structures and packages in-line with local competition and market demand.
With no marketing strategy in place, I took responsibility for the financial planning and implementation of marketing and promotions, targeting the local business hubs and generating awareness of Missing Ingredients at Pinewood Studios.
I also introduced a client feedback system to communicate, benchmark and ultimately improve services.
