Hayden‘s career spans more than two decades in law, business management and human resources. In his most recent role he directed all aspects of API Healthcare’s legal and human resource functions.

Hayden provides counsel in diverse matters, including business, governance, employment, litigation, information security, privacy, and internet law. A seasoned negotiator, he has worked on myriad agreements including search agreements software distribution and licensing agreements, and business unit sales.
