During my tenure at Denali Advanced Integration I worked in nearly every capacity on the customer facing front. I began as a technical team member and field services tech then moved quickly into a lead role directing other team members.

I took the initiative to gain a better knowledge in the project management space and began to work as a Project Manager and eventually the Service Delivery Manager role.
