Heather Hartmann, LLC is an extension of your human resources or recruiting department. Or, if you are a smaller organization and don't have an HR or Recruiting team, we can do that for you. Heather has over twenty years of recruiting experience including key positions at Peabody Energy, Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and EdwardJones. She has been an Advisor to Staffing.org, and has served as a Region Chair and Area Vice President of the Employment Management Association.
Currently, Heather is involved with the Executive Board of the Connect With...Leaders Summit which provides an opportunity for young professional to come together to learn and exchange ideas around working and living in St. Louis.
Heather is also moderating a panel discussion at the ERE Expo in Hollywood, Florida in October.
