Most recently, Heather has been on contract recruiting for Hewitt Associates Health Management practice. Prior to that, she has held a long-term assignments with Towers Perrin, Monsanto, Magellan Behavioral Health and Accenture.

Heather has over twenty years of recruiting experience including key positions at Peabody Energy, Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and EdwardJones. She has been an Advisor to Staffing.org, and has served as a Region Chair and Area Vice President of the Employment Management Association.
