Representative Director, Project Manager at Urban Science Japan
Japan
I work for Urban Science, a software leveraging consulting firm with primary (although not exclusive) applications in the automotive and financial services areas.
We have three practice areas as follows:
Network Analysis (number, location and performance of retail locations)
- In this area, we conduct detailed market studies that tell our clients where and how their retail network is underperforming and what steps should be taken to increase market share and optimise ROI.
For this, we use our proprietary GIS modelling tool and scientific methodology that is based on 30 years of industry experience.
Site Analysis (understanding variations among retail locations performance)
- Web-based interactive performance analytics for retail networks, using KPIs, maps, charts and reports; incorporates secure role-based login and clickstream analysis.
Customer Analysis (targeting, data-mining, performance measurement and reporting, and ROI analysis -- specializing in online lead scoring and performance optimization).
- We use our proprietary Data Mining tool developed in Israel to help our high-profile Japanese clients manage customer leads (to their website & call centres) and maximise return on marketing campaigns.
