Prior to founding Phronêsis, I held several managerial positions at Xerox, United Methodist Pension Fund, and Wellington Avenue Local Development Organization (WALDO).
As Branch Major for Xerox Levy directed sales, service and systems analysis personnel.
For the United Methodist Pension Fund he held the position of Strategic Planner and Project Manager implementing cross functional organizational pension redesign and then assisted in the campaign to convince the denomination to adopt the suggested major reforms.
As the Executive Director and Founder of WALDO, Levy work with community groups to assist them in organizational efforts to reclaim their communities from blight and despair.
I have worked with both private and public organizations and their leaders to improve the changes they deemed necessary and required. I have conducted workshops, seminars to assist in spreading the change focus from the leadership throughout the organization, reinforcing his clients ability to produce the results required.

Focus: business plan development, virtual project development, market consumer forecasting, planning and implementing of new programs for B2C and B2B developed performance-based marketing outcomes including web presence development, email lead generation, affiliate program design and conducting panel assessment.
Select projects include:
• Developed an Alpha Web site with embedded processes that included Email, Search Engine Optimizing and other forms of marketing strategies, which I had to self-teach from the basic technology of HTML down to PHP and other web design techniques.
• Designed and ran an RFP process featuring system and physician cost saving incentives to renegotiate and select insurance health benefits for 10,000 employees spread over 15 corporate clients. Result: Reduced costs by 20% ($1,200 per employee), saving the 15 corporations an aggregate $12,000,000 per year.

The General Board of Pension and Health Benefits is one of 14 general agencies of the United Methodist Church and is charged with "…the general supervision and administration of the support, relief, and assistance and pensioning of clergy…lay workers of the various units of the Church, and their families.
• Designed and facilitated denomination-wide political support strategy for implementation of pension and health care plan reforms for 125,000 people in 6 months.
• Provided project management for 84 initiatives in the three (3) pensions groups, which entailed changing hundreds of processes and documents across 7 major systems and retraining the staff of 16 of 19 departments, which were completed on schedule and budget in twelve months.
