1. Getting in touch is the first important step you take to get to a solution.

2. Once you have taken that first important step, it is time to get to know each other. Who are you? What is your background? What is the background of your organisation? What are your goals?

3. Now that I have a clear picture of who you are and what you want I can write a proposal on how to meet your request.

4. Once we have agreed on the terms and the approach we can get started. (Notice that by then you will already have taken at least 4 small but important steps towards a solution.)
