Own and operate a successful commercial and residential property inspection company, and have conducted inspections on thousands of residential and commercial properties for insurance companies, banks and home buyers.

• Was recently the Director of REAC Inspections and Appeals at US Housing Consultants, LLC. Helped redesign the REAC inspection software, supervised the REAC inspection team, and revamped the appeals process resulting in increased success rates.

• A Home Inspection Certificate program graduate of Northern Essex Community College, Haverhill, MA, Massachusetts Licensed Home Inspector, Certified Commercial Inspector, and a Certified Mold Investigator. Also an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector, a distinction shared by less than one percent of the over 10,000 member organization.

• An earlier career included over twenty five years in the US Government, most of which, were as a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Investigator in the Office of Inspector General, in the Veterans Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services. Also owned a healthcare compliance consulting company.

• A graduate of Clarkson University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Management and a BS in psychology, and Northeastern University with a Masters in Public Administration.

• Served our country as a Signal Corps Officer on active duty and in the National Guard and Reserves during the Viet Nam war.
