A Forest Hills resident for over 30 years, Mr. Ahn joins Kaled Management from EXIT Realty, where he was consistently ranked among their top producing brokers for six years running. He has been helping community residents buy and sell real estate as a consultant for nearly a decade. He is a Certified Buyer’s Representative as well as a 2010 winner of the Award for Excellence in Marketing from Realtors.com.
Kaled Management launched its Residential Sales Brokerage Division in 2011 to offer this additional service to our co-op and condominium clients in an effort to streamline the often arduous process of finding, screening and approving qualified buyers for the buildings Kaled owns and manages. In the past year, the Residential Brokerage Division has grown to provide services to both buyers and sellers in buildings owned and managed by third parties.
