Engineering Manager of Mandriva Core Labs (approx. 15 people). This department consists in Core Engineering, HW Quality Assurance and HW Enabling. In direct relation with key hardware vendors: AMD, Intel, ATI, nVidia.
Architect and lead developer of Mandriva Linux ports to non-x86_32 architectures (e.g. ia64, ppc64, x86_64, <other>). This includes the whole process from improving the installer to the creation of the ISOs, but also software porting and development to benefit most from the target platform.
Maintainer of the compilation toolchain (binutils, gcc, glibc).
Also specialising in emulation, dynamic binary translation and cross-execution technologies. Maintainer of virtualization software (qemu, virtualbox).
