    •This decision support system provides goal versus actual performance reporting to call center supervisors and upper management. This feedback mechanism provides the knowledge needed for goals to be reviewed, negotiated and revised by business process owners.

    •These efforts used SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Reporting Services.

    •These efforts used SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services and Visual Basic .NET.

    • Analysis, development and implementation of finance cube. This multi-dimensional data store allows COAF to review & analyze losses, recoveries and redemptions of deficient accounts. This decision support system drives the determination of charge-off expense and loan reserve inventories on an ongoing basis.
    • These efforts used SQL Server 2000, SQL Server Analysis Services, XMLSpy, XML & Visual Studio.NET

When fully implemented, this system will provide Solectron the ability to measure and assess their performance in the following key areas: Turn around time (TAT), Station performance & Capacity planning.
    • These efforts used SQL Server 2000, SQL Server Analysis Services, MS Access, Cognos Transformer, Cognos PowerPlay, XML & Visual Studio.NET
