I'm the guy who helps people overcome obstacles in their lives and believe in themselves. I enjoy helping organizations get rid of the noise that gets in the way of their success. I help people be better leaders and inspire themselves and each other to do great things. I help people add tools to their toolboxes and envision possibilities.

I help individuals, groups and organizations achieve success as they define it. My coaching and training approach draws from a professional background of over twelve years experience designing and facilitating trainings and workshops and fourteen years working directly with individuals in crisis and in critical transitions.

I've worked professionally in program management and coordination, employee relations and training, employment and employability, organizational development, strategic planning, customer service, grant writing and as an independent consultant and trainer. I draw upon many years of working with individuals, customers, families and organizations to help them address a variety of issues. I have designed and taught classes and workshops and coached individuals and groups to deal with important issues.

My clients believe in their ability to move in any direction they want and my services are based on their needs. I enjoy working with people who believe they can create significant change in their lives or organizations. It also helps if they don't want to be stuck doing the same thing over and over.
