I managed a team of professionals who prepare expert documents for clients and partners including strategic briefs, detailed proposals, contract reviews and negotiations.

    I developed the PC World Business HCI offering – increasing the number of customers who can participate in HCI schemes; and, I have developed the Catalist Partner Programme (formerly GCAT Specialist Supplier) model that allows DSGi Business to increase market share in non-core business streams by utilising the expertise of professional organisations throughout the UK.

    I assisted in the development of services sales and delivery by designing new service programs for delivery to public sector, commercial and managed account base.
