Recent migration of ecrush.com and espinthebottle.com from Sybase to a replicated mysql cluster with 2 read nodes, 1 write node and 1 backup node has been a success. Working with the developers to implement as much memcached as possible to split constant reads across two servers running four memcached instances on those servers as well as monitoring of the servers.
