Experience
I have had the exceptional experience of working with and talking to, literally hundreds of musicians ,of all ages, for over thirty-five years.
Most of these musicians (of all levels and backgrounds: from the relative beginner to the college graduate or seasoned professional), all share some kind of frustration (or else they wouldn't be talking to me in the first place). I have helped these people, and it is one of my passions to pass down to students all that I have learned from some of the most notable guitarists and musicians of this century.

My aim is to provide a progressive course of guitar instruction.
I provide the students with a great diversity of materials and opportunities according to their individual requirements. The training is designed to allow the students to pursue any variety of interests leading to technical excellence and a broad awareness of the world of music and the guitar.
My studio has been located in the Bay Area near Stanford University, California since 1979.
I offer a broad range of styles and am capable of helping the novice or professional alike.

The music of Django Reinhardt and
jazz from that era.
Chamber Jazz Quartet

I can reduce the number of musicians depending on
budget, size of venue etc.
