In a leadership role developed programs to make them active participants in the activities and supporting roles of members for the Global MBA program, and other worldwide business related opportunities for the benefit and growth of their members. Contributed as Head project lead responsible to design, implement and monitor the master and detail schedule to build the IT platform (Discussion Forums, Blogs, Social Network and Wiki tools) to support the Global knowledge and Social Networks.

Founded and developed over 3 years local subsidiaries in 4 countries, and activities that included market and competitive analysis, building business plans, implementation and go-to market strategies, Product development, partner and channel development strategies managing overall budget of $5M, identifying, selecting and hiring 75 employees, and training local staff. During this period, the overall company growth went from 90 to 500 employees and Global turnover from 6,5M Euros to 43M Euros with Ebitda growing from 5% to 15%.
