Lead Storm Media is an on-line lead generation and organic website / web property growth company. We plan and develop our sites through organic traffic growth methods which involve longer term, slower return but generally lower cost methods like SEM, SEO and SMO.

We began our first website in late 2005 and had fantastic success with it. We now operate five other websites which perform as super-affiliates. We have been through the acquisition process both as buyers and sellers.

We have a great team of smart people. In my opinion our success has come from the creation of a good idea that turned into a strong plan that was then executed very well. Then the adaptability while working towards our goal and since we are a small company, we have the ability to make changes and implement strategies quickly and easily. We are great at finding and using new search marketing and SEO ideas as well as data analytics.

Beyond being involved in Lead Storm Media I am the Marketing and Sales Director for an IT Training organization located in Maryland and Virginia. With this company I manage the sales team and manage all marketing efforts. I spend the majority of my time managing employee performance, SEO for the company's websites, lead management, analyzing marketing data and increasing ROI and overall growth. Throughout my years here I have sold to individual consumers, government agencies, large organizations and defense contracting firms.
