2005-actual: CAPGEMINI France: Project director of a large Open Source Services engagement(150+ Open Source Products, 37M€ over 3 years, for French Minister of Finance). Largest OSS contract ever signed in Western Europe.

PAST PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1993 -- 2004 : R&D Executive VP and CTO of SYSTAR, French software vendor in the business process performance management space, Based in Saint-cloud (France) and McLean (Virginia, USA), Public on the French « Nouveau Marché ».

Direct management of R&D activity : average staff 40 people, Annual budget ~ 3,5M$ , activities : Software products design and development, integration, QA, documentation, maintenance.
I led creation of the following software products :

-BUSINESSBRIDGE, and OMNIVISION BAM products,(see www.systar.com for details)

-SYSTARVISION for TANDEM/NSK, performance management product (100 customers in 10 countries).

Products have been rated innovative & visionary by most prominent US analyst groups (GARTNER GROUP, META GROUP), and generated 13 to 14M$ by 2004
