Facilitated/conducted annual program evaluations (including focus groups, interviews, data collection/analysis plus full reporting to State of California Dept of Education) for cross system assessment of Inyo County's Healthy Start Grant Program. A truly collaborative program serving incarcerated youth held at the Inyo County Juvenile Detention Center, this program was provided by a collaborative team of county service professionals, and spearheaded by the Inyo County Dept of Education thru the Keith Bright School housed at the Juvenile Detention Center.
