A truly collaborative program serving incarcerated youth held at the Inyo County Juvenile Detention Center, this program was provided by a collaborative team of county service professionals, and spearheaded by the Inyo County Dept of Education thru the Keith Bright School housed at the Juvenile Detention Center.
