Reading to learn new things or just for pleasure, listening to music (have a large collection of vinyl records), watching the night sky with a telescope or binoculars (can’t do it very often here in Miami but it sure helps to keep things in perspective), spending time with the family (including our dog), working with my hands (stained glass, mosaics, jewelry), cooking and baking (only when I feel like it), connecting with new and old friends through the internet, everything related to real estate, new technology, international real estate, being part of my local community, connecting to the international community ...
