Glasscock, Pres/CEO of AdvancingWomen.com and CEO of AdvancingWomen Institute, a non-profit, is a past member of the Board of Directors of National Association of Women Business Owners ( NAWBO-San Antonio). She has participated in, spoken at and collaborated with various organizations including:
• The Women in Americas Forum at the White House, where she helped increase economic development for women in the Americas, including women in a Central American mountain tribe who raised geese and began using the Internet to develop and sell products internationally like goose-down pillows and goose liver pate.
• The Women in Leadership International Summit in Brussels where she taught European women business owners how to leverage technology to increase profits.
• Madeleine Albright in Win With Women, National Democratic Institute, Washington, D.C. to promote women in political leadership in 65 countries.Glasscock is a signatory on the Global Action Plan,
• The U.S. State Department and the National Council for International Visitors (NCIV, a Nobel Peace Prize Nominee for 2001) meeting with a delegation of top Pakistani women leaders in the areas of law, education, advocacy, and business to structure workplace equity.
