Greg Woodard’s Summary
My specialty is helping people use their computers to gather, process and/or analyze data. At Woodmark, we call it "Making Your Systems Smarter". At the most basic level, I work with databases and build systems on top of them to help people do some of the following:
1) Capture Information for later analysis
2) Organize and present data in reports or through business intelligence tools
3) Build Web Portals for people to share and access information.
4) Build custom interfaces between systems. Often there are multiple systems that do not communicate. I extract and combine that information in a meaningful way.
5) Custom Software. Many times companies have a unique approach or need that provides a business advantage. Often, off the shelf software will not meet that need. I help by designing and building custom software.
