Trouble-shoot problems at large, multi-faceted events - on-call 24 hours for clients during weekends, holidays and evenings.
In addition to my normal duties, I assisted as a Sales Manager for 4 months in 2007 during a staffing shortage. This involved participating in sales meetings, conducting site visits, booking meeting and event space, and issuing contracts to clients.

Duties included: Confirm visiting team & officials travel arrangements, act as liaison between officials and teams, submit roster changes to League office, monitor league sponsorships, in-game scoring updates to media services, and deliver postgame reports to appropriate parties. The Power franchise was sold after the season and relocated to Denver as the Colorado Mammoth for the start of the 2002-2003 season.
