People Media: sold to Match.com/InterActiveCorp for $80M in cash (Jul'09) after building out the team, infrastructure, website and roadmap to build a global leader in niche dating (brands that include SeniorPeopleMeet.com, BlackPeopleMeet.com, SingleParentMeet.com, LatinoPeopleMeet.com, etc. so built a competence in affinity marketing).

LowerMyBills.com: sold to Experian for $330M+ in cash after scaling business to become category killer in comparison shopping for services and lead generation platform in home loans, education and insurance. Helped the company grow from $10M+ revenues to $250M+ revenues in 3 years.
