Oversee a team consisting of a network administrator, computer technician, data specialist and media coordinator. Also provide ed-tech support and direction to three computer teachers and hundreds of teachers district wide. Technology budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars helps to maintain multiple servers, hundreds of laptops, and iPads, desktop pcs and interactive whiteboards district wide. Within first year of work some major accomplishments will be the successful roll out of nearly 100 new laptops. Currently working on developing and deploying a new district website, and web-based evaluation system called Oasys coupled with My Learning Plan. Currently deciding on a new SIS . Evaluating new IWB technology in effort to outfit every classroom district wide with working interactive technology.

Maintaining a well supported district through the use of Spiceworks and Team Viewer. Seeking to maximize e-rate refunds so to return the funds to initiatives such as placing tablets and other mobile devices in every child and teachers hands eventually. Helping to establish a district that better communicates with the community through proper use of Blackboard Connect and by sharing events both recorded in still and video with the community television studio.

    The past to years, I have been the lead in the roll out and implementation of a 4 million dollar district wide Interactive whiteboard, document camera, slate and student response system implementation that placed most if not all of this equipment in every classroom k-12 within my district. I have helped maintain, train and promote the use of this equipment in an effort to successfully transform the way teachers teach and students learn within our district.
