I am a Rhode Island born individual that graduated from high school in Florida then moved to Northern Virginia to improve my professional experience to make a final stop in the Raleigh - Durham, North Carolina area to live the rest of my life.

What I would like out of where I work is to be a champion, not only for my own interests, but also for those around me. My colleagues think of me as supportive, encouraging, and proactive. I offer a talent for working cross-functionally and a commitment to advocacy. I have an innovative leadership style, expressive work personality, strong multi-tasking skills, and trusting work style.

I enjoy professional networking. I am a giver rather than a taker. I look at networking relationships as an opportunity to know what someone can do for someone I may know. I try to help where I can and expect nothing in return. I encourage other networking professionals to examine their networking strategies and show them that putting others before themselves will get them much further.

I am a believer in spiritual capitalism. Integrity and commitment are just as important to a business as efficiency and profitability. It is important to take into consideration how the decisions of a business affect the world at a macro and micro level. The mentality in business of the survival of the fittest is over.

    With over 50,000 customers, iContact is a leading on-demand email marketing service based just out side of RTP in the Raleigh - Durham, North Carolina area. iContact allows organizations of all sizes to easily create, send, and track email newsletters, RSS feeds, surveys, and auto responders.

    As the first Manager of Customer Retention I am responsible for developing a comprehensive customer retention program that targets specific points in the customer lifecycle map. By targeting these touch points we will begin using proactive and reactive tools and strategies to improve customer retention. These strategies will be measured, tested and adjusted by analyzing certain triggers that determine the current retention rate, lifetime customer value and the the cost to retain a customer. In addition, I will be working with the Manager of Billing to implement a strategy to retain customers calling to cancel their account. The mission of retention at iContact is to strengthen customer loyalty by understanding customers pain points then acting on them through education, partnership and development.
