I am a Rhode Island born individual that graduated from high school in Florida then moved to Northern Virginia to improve my professional experience to make a final stop in the Raleigh - Durham, North Carolina area to live the rest of my life.

I enjoy professional networking. I am a giver rather than a taker. I look at networking relationships as an opportunity to know what someone can do for someone I may know. I am a believer in spiritual capitalism. Integrity and commitment are just as important to a business as efficiency and profitability. As the first Manager of Customer Retention I am responsible for developing a comprehensive customer retention program that targets specific points in the customer lifecycle map. By targeting these touch points we will begin using proactive and reactive tools and strategies to improve customer retention. These strategies will be measured, tested and adjusted by analyzing certain triggers that determine the current retention rate, lifetime customer value and the the cost to retain a customer. In addition, I will be working with the Manager of Billing to implement a strategy to retain customers calling to cancel their account. The mission of retention at iContact is to strengthen customer loyalty by understanding customers pain points then acting on them through education, partnership and development.
